This solution automated her entire consultation, calculation, and reporting process, cutting her administrative time by over 95%, enabling a new, scalable B2B partnership model with gyms across Australia, and delivering life-changing results to over 3,000 users.
The problem
For over eight years, the client built a successful practice on the foundation of deeply personalized nutrition consultations. While effective, this high-touch model was her biggest bottleneck.
Each new client required a one-hour initial session, followed by an intensive 2.5 to 4-hour administrative process of manual calculations, personalized report writing, and meal plan creation.
The Solution
Nexus Flow Innovations collaborated with the client to build the "Digital Nutritionist," a sophisticated conversational assistant on Voiceflow that digitizes her entire intellectual property. The solution was designed to not just ask questions, but to think, calculate, and advise just as she would.
